Goods may be exchanged or credited (in store credit note) within seven calendar days of purchase and must be returned in perfect and unworn condition, along with the sales receipt and with the tags fully intact

Retail Therapy does not give refunds

Your statutory rights remain unaffected

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

Hats, fascinators, hatinators, lingerie and jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

Goods labelled “Faulty” are non-returnable, and any imperfection is clearly shown and pointed out to the customer.

Credit notes are valid for 26 weeks from the date of issue. It is not Retail Therapy’s responsibility to honour lost credit notes.

Retail Therapy’s employees are not permitted to enter into any variation or argument with regard to our trading policy. If a customer disputes this policy the issue must be taken up with Proprietor,  whose details are available upon request.
